Work / One crest, a whole ministry
One crest, a whole ministry.
A complete bilingual stationery and correspondence system for Qatar's Ministry of Communications & Information Technology — cards, letterhead, notepads, envelopes and document folders, unified under the State of Qatar crest.

When the head of Qatar's Communications Regulatory Authority took office at the Ministry of Communications & Information Technology, the ministry needed a correspondence identity worthy of the office — precise, bilingual, and unmistakably official. Freezil built the full stationery system around the State of Qatar crest.
· Overview
The brief
A national ministry needed a complete, print-ready correspondence suite that reads as authoritative in both Arabic and English — the kind of paperwork that leaves an office and represents the state.
Everything had to sit under one emblem and one colour, hold up across every format from an A3 envelope to a business card, and set Arabic and English as equals rather than translations.

How we worked
01 — Anchor on the crest
The State of Qatar emblem leads every piece. Layout, spacing and hierarchy are built so nothing competes with it.
02 — Bilingual parity
Arabic and English are mirrored across the sheet and tuned per script — the same weight of presence in both directions.
03 — One maroon, one system
A single deep official maroon and a document cream carry across cards, letterhead, notepads, envelopes and folders, so any piece is recognisable at a glance.
04 — Print-ready, every size
Delivered as press-ready artwork across A3, A4 and A5 — letterhead, envelopes, notepads and folders, all built to the same grid.
